CRIMINAL MATTERS

EXTENT OF LIMITATION

Any trial involving a witness from outside the Republic and where the testimony of such witness cannot be obtained through an audiovisual link.

Case can be heard only after any such witness is permitted to travel to the Republic.

B.

CIVIL LAW PROCEEDINGS

EXTENT OF LIMITATION

The enrolment of any civil trial involving a witness who is from outside the Republic and where the testimony of such witness cannot be obtained through an audiovisual link.

Case can be heard only after any such witness is permitted to travel to the Republic.

SHERIFFS SERVICES

EXTENT OF LIMITATION
1. Evictions.
