Please note that the Adjusted Level 3 Directions issued in terms of Regulations 4(5) and (10) of the Regulations made under section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2007: Measures to Prevent and Combat the Spread of COVID-19 relating to the additional form of Social Relief of Distress Grant which were published on 3 August 2021 under Government Gazette No. 44938 Volume 674 with Notice No R 681 contain an error in the Annexure.

Please take note of the following correction:

ANNEXURE

An additional form of Social Relief of Distress will be provided for the period August 2021 until the end of March 2022.

The Social Relief of Distress Grants will only be payable for the period August 2021 until end of March 2022.
