This Chapter shall not apply to—
| (1) | fishing vessels; |
| (2) | vessels used solely for sport and recreation; |
| (3) | offshore installations while they are on or within 500 metres of their working stations; and |
| (4) | a vessel in which there is, for the time being, no workplace. |
