Whenever the Minister has directed under the provisions of section two hundred and ninety-one of the Act that a case heard by a Court of Marine Enquiry be reheard by such a Court or that a case heard by a Maritime Court be reheard by a Court of Marine Enquiry, the provisions of these regulations shall apply to such rehearing.
