Each of the following is an authorised officer—
| (a) | a surveyor, |
| (b) | a member of the South African Police Service; |
| (c) | a member of the South African Revenue Service; |
| (d) | a member of the South African National Defence Force; |
| (e) | a member of the National Intelligence Agency |
| (f) | a person (other than a person covered by paragraphs (a) to (e)) designated in writing by the Director-General. |
