| 38. | Map of port facility |
The map that must accompany a maritime security plan for a port facility operator in terms of regulation 46(2) must be of a size and scale that clearly shows—
| (a) | the boundaries of the port facility; and |
| (b) | the location of any security zones established, or that the operator wishes to establish or change, within the area covered by the plan. |
| 39. | Protection of plan |
A port facility operator must ensure that the maritime security plan for the operator is protected against unauthorised access, amendment and disclosure.
