The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990—

(a)	made the regulations in this Schedule;

(b)	repealed the regulation published by Government Notice No. R. 589 of 27 May 2016 on the date of publication of the said regulations; and

(b)	determined that the said regulations shall come into operation on the date of publication thereof.
