Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
The Minister of Agriculture has under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990)—
| (a) | made the regulations set out in the Schedule; and |
| (b) | determined that the said regulations shall come into operation twelve months after date of publication. |
