| (1) | Where all the results of the analysis comply with the characteristics of the grade or type of edible vegetable oil declared, the whole batch from which the relevant sample was obtained shall be regarded as compliant. |
| (2) | If a single result of the analysis does not comply with the characteristics of the grade or type of edible vegetable oil declared, the whole batch from which the relevant sample was obtained stiall be regarded as non-compliant. |
