1)	A person may not sell the products of a sterilising plant unless they conform with the specifications set by the Registrar in terms of the Fertilisers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947 (Act No. 36 of 1947).

2)	Any material produced by processing or treatment under the provisions of this Part and intended for animal consumption or as a fertilizer must be subjected to such examination and tests as the said Registrar may specify.
