I, Andre Isak van Niekerk, Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 14 of the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), on the recommendation of the Wine and Spirit Authority referred to in section 2 of the said Act, hereby establish the Scheme set out in the Schedule.
