I, Derek Andre Hanekom, Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 14 of the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989), on the recommendation of the Wine and Spirit Authority referred to in section 2 of the said Act, hereby—
| (a) | establish the Scheme set out in the Schedule; and |
| (b) | declare that the said Scheme shall come into operation on the date of publication. |
