| (1) | This Scheme shall apply to wine produced from grapes of the vine cultivars specified in Table 1 or 2. |
| (2) | Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the Authority may on application determine that the Scheme shall also apply to wine produced from grapes of a vine cultivar not specified in Table 1 or 2 subject to such conditions and for such period as the Authority may determine. |
