The following processes may be applied to the specific alcoholic beverage, either before, during or after the production or manufacture thereof:
| (a) | Aeration; |
| (b) | storage under nitrogen or another enert gas; |
| (c) | refrigeration; |
| (d) | filtration; |
| (e) | centrifugation; |
| (f) | flash pasteurisation and in-bottle pasteurisation; and |
| (g) | desulphuring by physical means. |
