| (1) | The master and owner of every Class 1 and Class 2 ship shall cause a register to be kept on board, in the form in Annex 6, which is obtainable from the Director-General, recording in detail all medicines dispensed from the medicine slack on board and all lost-time accidents. |
| (2) | Such register shall form an integral part of every Class 1 and Class 2 Ship's official log-book. |
