| (1) | A candidate for a licence as a Compass Adjuster (Restricted) who has passed the oral examination as required by regulation 9 shall be issued with a licence as a Compass Adjuster (Restricted). |
| (2) | A candidate for a licence as a Compass Adjuster (Unrestricted) who has passed the written and oral parts of the examination and who passes the practical examination within six months from the date of the written examination, shall be issued with a licence as a Compass Adjuster (Unrestricted). |
