A master or member of the crew who is the holder of a certificate issued in the Republic shall, if such certificate has been cancelled or suspended by the Authority or a court of marine enquiry or suspended by a maritime court, deliver his certificate to the court on demand, or if it is not demanded by the court, to the Authority.
