In this Chapter—

means the Code of Safe Working Practices for Fishing Vessels published by the Authority, as may be amended from time to time;

includes a share fisherman whose only remuneration is a share in the proceeds of the catch;

means the period extending from when a fishing vessel is handed over to her master until the vessel is handed back to the owner.
