| (1) | The Director-General may notify a person of a declaration under regulation 17(1) or (2) by facsimile or e-mail. |
| (2) | A port operator required to give notice of a declaration in terms of regulation 23(2) may do so by facsimile or e-mail. |
| (3) | The Director-General may also notify a person of the revocation of a declaration under regulation 27(1) by facsimile or e-mail. |
| (4) | A port operator required to notify a person of the revocation of a declaration under regulation 27(2) may do so by facsimile or e-mail. |
