The moisture content of a consignment of sorghum products may be determined according to any suitable method: Provided that the results thus obtained are in accordance with the maximum permissible deviation for a class 1 moisture meter as detailed in ISO 7700/1 based on the results of the applicable oven dried method (AACC International Approved Method 44-15A).
