Subject to the provisions of regulation 11, variant names such as for example "Mexican style", "Indian style", "Braai relish", "Mediterranean style", etc. may be indicated in addition to the product name and additions to the product name on a container of flavoured, stewed or season canned tomatoes: Provided that the variant name corresponds with the actual composition and/or intended use of the product concerned.
