A Licensee must in terms of these regulations provide one of the following BS:
| a) | Public free to air television BS; |
| b) | Commercial free to television BS; |
| c) | Public free to air sound BS; |
| d) | Commercial free to air sound BS; or |
| e) | Subscription (sound and/or television) BS. |
