The object of these regulations is to:
| (a) | Regulate the broadcasting of national sporting events in the Republic; |
| (b) | Determine the criteria to be used in the listing of national sporting events; |
| (c) | Identify and list national sporting events; and |
| (d) | Provide a dispute resolution mechanism. |
