| (1) | Upon a determination of non-compliance of the regulations by the Complaint and Compliance Committee in terms of these regulations, the Authority' may impose a fine not exceeding: |
| (a) | 1 million rand (R1 000 000.00) for contravention of regulations 5(1), 8 (1) and (2); |
| (b) | regulations 10(1)(a) above. |
