Independent Communications Authority Of South Africa

I, Paris Mashile, Chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") acting on behalf of Council of the Authority hereby approve and publish the Digital Terrestrial Television Regulations set out in the Schedule and made by the Authority in terms of section 30(2)(c) and (d) read with section 4(1)(a)(b) and (d) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).

The Ministerial Policy issued in terms of section 3(1) of the Act published in the Government Gazette Number 31408 dated 8 September 2008 has been taken into account.
