Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority/ICASA"), hereby publishes regulations on Code of Conduct for Premium Rated Services in line with the provisions of section 4(3)(j) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act No. 13 of 2000 ("the ICASA Act"), read with sections 4 and 69 of the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 ("the ECA"), as amended.
