| (a) | The Unit Price per MHz paired is R 2, 758.00 (Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Eight Rand) plus 6.9% CPI = R 2, 948.00 (Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Eight Rand). |
| (b) | The Minimum Fee is R 166.00 (One Hundred and Sixty-Six Rand) plus 6.9% CPI = R 177.00 (One Hundred and Seventy-Seven Rand). |
| (c) | The Minimum Fee for a Satellite Hub Station is R 68,942.00 (Sixty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Two Rand) plus 6.9 % CPI = R 73,699.00 (Seventy-Three Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-Nine Rand). |
| (d) | The GEO areas are: |
