Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, in terms of regulation 26 of the Regulations on the Use of Television White Spaces, 2018 ("the Regulations"), published in Government Gazette No. 41512 (Notice No. 147) of 23 March 2018, hereby gives notice that the commencement date of the Regulations is 1 April 2021.
