Number portability shall apply to the following allocated numbering ranges:
| (a) | geographic numbers; |
| (b) | non-geographic numbers in the following National Destination Codes (NDCs); 086, 080 and 087; and |
| (c) | mobile numbers as classified by the Numbering Plan Regulations. |
