| (a) | Failure to comply with a regulations may result in an imposition of a fine not exceeding seven hundred and fifty thousand rands (R750 000) for each offence. |
| (b) | In the event of repeated contravention of the regulation an additional fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand (R250 000) rands per offence may be imposed. |
