| (1) | Any person may apply to the Authority for a special temporary authorisation for testing purposes, demonstrations and research and development. |
| (2) | Any application for a special temporary authorisation in terms of regulation 14(1) must be accompanied by the applicable fee and must be in the format as set out in Form J. |
