These regulations apply to:
| (a) | all Licences converted in terms of Chapter 15 of the Act; and |
| (b) | all Licences issued by the Authority and to all applications for a special temporary authorisation for testing purposes, demonstrations and research and development in terms of chapter 3 of the Act. |
