| (1) | These Regulations are called the Number Portability Regulations, 2018 and will come into effect at a date to be determined by the Authority by notice in the Government Gazette. |
| (2) | The Regulations will come into force 60 days of the publication of the notice as contemplated in sub-regulation (1). |
