| (a) | All approved tutors as at 31 May 2025 will be converted to registered tutors and issued with a digital tutor registration certificate with no expiry date. |
| (b) | Tutors who are registered in terms of Paragraph 7(a) above will remain linked to the pharmacy premises, Pharmacist Interns and/or learners until such time as the tutor terminates the relationship with either the premises or the intern/learner. |
| (c) | All tutors registered in terms of Paragraph 7(a) will be required to comply with the conditions of registration to remain on the register of tutors. |
| (d) | At the point of the implementation of this criteria document, all new applicants for tutor registration will be required to apply for registration as a tutor in accordance with the criteria contained herein. |
