| (a) | Internship, traineeship and in-service training may only be undertaken at a facility approved by Council. |
| (b) | A pharmacist, when acting in their capacity as a tutor, may only conduct training in an approved facility. |
| (c) | A tutor must practise full-time at the facility where internship, traineeship and in-service training will take place. |
| (d) | A tutor must at all times inform Council of the facility where they are practising. |
| (e) | At the point of the application for premises approval, the Responsible Pharmacist of such pharmacy must notify Council of all registered tutors in their pharmacy. |
| (f) | At the point of the appointment of a registered tutor and/or the resignation thereof, the Responsible Pharmacist must notify Council. |
