13. Criteria for compliance with standards for administration and record keeping

13.1	Evidence must be provided by the prospective provider that—

13.1.1

there is a student administration system for maintaining and updating detailed information about each enrolled student.

13.1.2

the student Information includes but is not limited to the following:

(a)	student’s full names and surname;

(b)	maiden name (if applicable);

(c)	ID number;

(d)	cell phone number;

(e)	e-mail address;

(f)	postal address; and

(g)	qualifications.

13.1.3

the student administration system has a functionality to generate a document that can be used as “Proof of Registration” for each enrolled student.

13.1.4

the student administration system allows for record keeping of the marks that each student has obtained during the course and must include a functionality to generate an “Academic Record” for each student.
