2.	Categories of persons that may be registered

For purposes of registration in terms of the Act, there shall be the following categories of persons—

(1)	Pharmacy student;

(2)	Pharmacist intern;

(3)	Pharmacist;

(4)	Specialist pharmacist;

(5)	Pharmacist’s Assistant;

(6)	Company entitled to carry on the business of a pharmacist;

(7)	Close Corporation entitled to carry on the business of a pharmacist;

(8)	Pharmacy owner;

(9)	Responsible pharmacist;

(10)	Managing director;

(11)

Manager;

(12)

Nominee;

(13)	Provider; and

(14)	Assessor; who must be registered by council in registers kept for this purpose;
