The South African Pharmacy Council

 

In terms of section 4(zG) of the Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974, as amended, Council may determine the fees payable to Council, without publication thereof in regulations. In practice, this would mean that any new fees or amendments to existing fees will be determined annually by Council. As in the past, all efforts will be made to curtail costs and keep any increases in fees to the minimum. The fees for 2011 are published below for general information:

EXEMPTIONS AND REDUCED FEES

 

 

 

Council may exempt any person from payment of any annual fee on the grounds of age. The following reduced annual fees will be considered for -

 

 

 

a) Pharmacist - Retired (aged 70 or older)
