The Regulations relating to the registration of persons and the maintenance of registers: Amendment regulations, 2024, were published for implementation in Government Gazette No. 50528 on 19 April 2024. Subsequently, on 07 June 2024, the Regulations relating to pharmacy education and training: Amendment regulations, 2024, were published for implementation in Government Gazette No. 50766 to include a tutor in the category of persons who must be registered with Council.
