| (1) | The Minister may, after consultation with the NSA and the Authority, by notice in the Government Gazette direct the Director-General to close down the Authority. |
| (2) | When the Authority closes down it has to payoff all its debts. Any assets remaining after all liabilities have been met, will be transferred to the National Skills Fund. |
