| 7.1 | The parties confirm and agree that this Deed shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and more specifically the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998; |
| 7.2 | The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Labour Court in terms of Section 31 of the Skills Development Act 97 of 1998, with regard to any dispute concerning the interpretation, implementation, execution or termination of this Deed. |
