| 9.1 | No member, office-bearer, representative or employee of AgriSETA shall be liable for any of the obligations and liabilities of AgriSETA solely by virtue of his or her status as a member, office bearer, representative or employee. |
| 9.2 | No member, office-bearer, representative or employee of AgriSETA shall in any way be personally liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the execution or non-execution, in good faith, of the member's, office bearers representative's or employee's duties and powers under this constitution. Such members, office bearers, representatives and employees will be indemnified by AgriSETA for any such loss or damage. |
