I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor,  Minister of Higher Education and Training, in terms of section 36(b)(g),(h) and (s) read with sections 10, 16 and 17 of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998), after consultation with the National Skills Authority (NSA), hereby publish the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) Work Based Learning Programme Agreement Regulations, 2018 in the attached schedule for implementation.

The Learnership Regulations, 2007 published in Government Notice R. 519 in Government Gazette No. 30010 dated 29 June 2007 are hereby replealed.
