All foster care orders that my lapse after 11 November 2023 but before 30 June 2024 due to not being extended in terms of section 159 of the Children's Act, 2005 as amended, shall be deemed to be valid until 30 June 2024 or until they are extended by the children's court, whichever occurs first.
