In terms of section 15 of the Children's Amendment Act 2007 (Act No. 41 of 2007), I hereby determine 1 April 2010 as the date on which the abovementioned Act comes into operation, Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria this 26th day of March Two Thousand and Ten.
