The Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development where review of decisions by the courts are regulated, may make regulations in terms of section 306 concerning—
| (a) |
the procedure to be followed in connection with the lodging and consideration of applications for registration in terms of this Chapter and for the renewal of registration; |
| (b) |
the different programmes and services that may be provided in terms of such registration; |
| (c) |
the procedure to be followed and the fees to be paid in connection with the lodging and consideration of appeals in terms of this Chapter; |
| (d) |
the management of drop-in centres; and |
| (e) |
any other matter that may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter. |
