| (1) | An applicant or agent may apply for amendment of an application for national listing in accordance with section 31 of the Act on the relevant form available from the Registrar for: |
| (a) | change of applicant or owner; |
| (b) | change of local agent; |
| (c) | addition or removal of a synonym; |
| (d) | any other change as agreed upon by the Registrar. |
| (2) | Amendments affecting the description of the variety are not acceptable, |
| (3) | An applicant or agent must submit proof of payment of the fee specified in item 10(b) of Table 2 for amendment of the application. |
