| (1) | The certificate of registration issued in respect of a type of business and premises must be displayed at all times in a prominent position at the premises and be available for inspection by the Registrar. |
| (2) | When the registration of a business and premises has been terminated in terms of section 20, the relevant certificates of registration must be collected by the Registrar within a prescribed period. |
