| (1) | The person in whose name a type of business and premises has been registered in terms of section 12 must notify the Registrar in writing if there is any change with regard to any information which was submitted in respect of the application for the issue of the certificates of registration referred to in that section within 30 days of the date of change. |
| (2) | The Registrar must— |
| (a) | consider the notice referred to in subsection (1); |
| (b) | inspect the premises if necessary; |
| (c) | update the information in the register contemplated in section 5, and |
| (d) | issue a new certificate if the change so requires. |
