| (1) | The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette and on such conditions as he or she may specify in the notice, exempt any type of business from the provisions of section 9 and any premises from the provisions of section 10. |
| (2) | Any person seeking exemption from section 9 or section 10, or both, must submit an application with the Registrar in the prescribed manner. |
